21 July 2017
First, all my kids have begun by pronouncing the word 'crayon' with one syllable - usually something like 'crann'. They have also always begun with the word 'library' as 'liberry' (which is common beyond my children). The kids were sorting out their crayons on the floor the other day. When we asked them to clean up, they packed the crayons into bags very carefully, which seemed odd but whatever. Then Bobo started talking about fruit and after a minute of listening we figured out that they had created a 'cranberry' - a crayon library. Bobo was very pleased with his pun.
